Property acquisition process

STEP 1

Let’s talk! The first step to acquiring profitable investments are for us to lay down the foundations of what you’re looking to achieve from our services. What areas are you looking to invest in? Why? What is your budget? What type of property are you looking to invest in? What is the end goal?

STEP 2

It’s time to sign our acquisition agreement. This agreement simply outlines that our fee is only paid as and when a deal is agreed and has reached either exchange or an option agreement is signed. It’s as simple as that. No start up fees or hidden charges.

STEP 3

Once agreement is in place, it is our job and passion to present you with both listed and off market opportunities that fit your criteria. All of these opportunities will have potential to add value.

STEP 4

Working through a process of elimination, together, we can shortlist the highest potential opportunities that work for you. Accompanied viewings will be booked in or we can carry out a viewing on your behalf which will be followed by a full and detailed report sent to you.

STEP 5

Our long-term agent relationships allow us to best negotiate a deal that meets your requirements.

STEP 6

Once a sale is agreed, solicitors are instructed. If the offer includes a ‘subject to’ clause, then your solicitor will draw up an option agreement for all parties to agree and sign.

STEP 7

Exchange and completion - The ownership is transferred from the seller to the buyer once all paperwork is signed and monies transferred.
